Demand Justice for Laid Off UCSD Worker Tammy!
We have an urgent call for solidarity from a worker at the UC San Diego Health Center who is facing a retaliatory layoff after speaking out about racism in the workplace. Tammy Totten, a Teamsters 2010 member, is one of only two Black workers in the UCSD Health Managed Care unit. After filing a discrimination complaint against her supervisor, Tammy faced harassment and threats in the workplace until she was issued a layoff notice.
