If you’re new to USAS…

» Sign-Up for E-mail News and Action Alerts: USAS will send let you know how you can use your voice to support the most important, urgent worker rights campaigns led by USAS affiliates and our allies.  You’ll also receive regular updates with news about our national campaigns, the activities of our local affiliate groups, and more.

If you’re already involved with USAS…

» Become a Member: USAS is an entirely student-run organization.  If you are a current college or high school student who is committed to building a stronger movement for worker and student power, become an official member of USAS.  Read more about individual membership.

» Affiliate Your Local Group: If you’re already registered as a USAS Member, you can register your local student group as a USAS affiliate.  Before you affiliate, your group should read about what it means to be a USAS affiliate.

» Join the General Organizing Committee (GOC): The GOC is the national body with representatives from every USAS affiliate.  The GOC drives forward USAS’ efforts nationally through the work of its Subcommittees.  As an entirely-student led organization, the work of students on a national-level is crucial.  Join a subcommittee to offer your skills and your time to building a stronger national organization.

» Start a Campaign on Your Campus: Read about USAS’ current campaigns and launch one at your school.

If you’re not a current student…

» Donate or Become a Sustainer: As an independent student-run organization, USAS depends on small regular donations from alumni, allies and friends.  We strongly encourage you to set up a secure, tax-deductible “recurring donation”.  You can also make a one-time donation if you choose.
