UMiami students celebrate their victory.
Georgetown janitorial workers have union recognition, and UMiami struggle ended last week in VICTORY for UNICCO Janitors! SUNY Buffalo won access to representation for workers, including subcontracted workers who aren’t currently represented! They continue the struggle for a living wage for workers effective immediately. UW Madison won a referendum for living wages for campus workers at many locations, including all Limited-Term Employees, who are also currently prevented from union representation.
